I’m Despina Zanganas. And for starters, I’m a serial entrepreneur. I built my own design agency, and later my own digital marketing agency; I co-founded a not-for-profit that is 7,800 women strong; I started a real estate business; and most recently, a personal branding agency. None of these successes could have happened if I hadn’t taken the lead and forged meaningful connections along the way. (And believe me, I had to be nudged into networking myself.) But now that I’ve got a knack for it, my goal is to share the wealth with women like you.

Why? Because empowering my fellow females is one of my life passions. And the reality is that women are constantly approaching me for networking advice. Things like: where to make the right connections… or how to approach someone… or when it comes to networking events, are introverts doomed? (Psst, they’re not!)

Believe it or not, I used to be terrified of networking – the thought of entering a room and walking up to a stranger to start a conversation seemed super scary… if not impossible.

When I tell people, the response is usually, “No way! You?” Yup, that was me. And yet, here I am on the other side of all that fear, experiencing unimaginable success – and yes, joy – from the one thing I once had such an aversion to.

I seriously enjoy connecting women and seeing something blossom from that first moment. I’m hoping this show will result in more life-changing connections, and will inspire listeners to look at networking in a new, more positive light.

Each Thursday, I can’t wait to pour myself a cup of Nescafé and connect ~ and bloom ~ with some awesome women in the community. That includes YOU!
